Shot on DV, very good quality, video looks like 16mm a lot, production design is top notch and helped by the elaborate masks and costumes along with unusual but interesting editing, shot on location in a desert and interrogation room, film cuts between both locations. Absolutely interesting cult movie like film which plays up the bizarreness well. Totally fun to watch!
